| 摘 要： | 目的：观察链脲佐菌素（STZ）实验性糖尿病大鼠睾丸超微结构的改变。方法：用透射电镜观察STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠8周末睾丸形态学改变。结果：透射电镜下主要见到睾丸间质细胞线粒体脊溶解,滑面内质网扩张,间质中间质细胞减少及间质内血管基底膜增厚等改变。结论：糖尿病大鼠睾丸病变主要为间质细胞及微血管病变。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the changes of testicle ultrastructure in streptozotocin(STZ) experimental diabetes mellitus rats.Methods:Observing the changes of testicle morphism in STZ induced-diabetic-eight-week rats.Results: Mitochondrion in interstitial cells and sustentacular cells of testicie melting.smooth surfaced endoplasmic reticulum expanding and interstitial vessel basements membrane thickening in diabetic rats were ob served by transmission electron microscope.Conclusion:The pathologic changes of testicle in diabetic rats were mainly in interstitial and sustentacular cells-damaged and microvessel-changed. |
