^131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效观察

目的探讨^131I治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法将纳入60例甲亢患者随机分为治疗组30例，对照组30例，治疗组给予^131I，对照组给予他巴唑治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效及甲减发生率。结果观察组治愈20例（66．7％），好转8例（26．7％），无效2例（6．7％）；对照组治愈9例（30．00％），好转13例（43．3％），无效8例（26．7％），两组疗效比较，观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗组治疗后甲减6例，发生率20％，对照组治疗后甲减1例，发生率3．3％，治疗组甲减发生率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论^131I治疗甲亢临床疗效确切，安全可靠。

Observation on Clinical Effect in Treatment of Hyperthyroidism with 131I

Objective To explore the ^131I treatment of hyperthyroidism in clinical efficacy. Methods Patients included 60 cases of hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases, 30 cases in control group and treatment group were given ^131I, the control group was given methimazole treatment, were compared clinical efficacy and the incidence of hypothyroidism. Results The 20 patients were cured （66. 7% ） , improved in 8 cases （26. 7% ） , 2 cases （6. 7% ） ; the control group treated 9 cases （30. 00% ） , improved in 13 cases （43.3%） , 8 eases（26. 7% ） , therapeutic effect compared to the observation group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; After treatment, 6 cases of hypothyroidism, the incidence of 20% in the control group after treatment, hypothyroidism in 1 case, the incidence of 3.3%, hypothyroidism treatment group were significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ^131I treatment of hyperthyroidism clinical efficacy accurate, safe and reliable.
