LASIK治疗近视术后并发症的分析和预防

目的分析准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）治疗近视术后常见并发症的形成原因和预防处理措施。方法应用准分子激光治疗近视500例980眼,术中均使用博士伦自动板层角膜刀制作角膜瓣,对术后并发症的发生、发展和预防措施进行分析,术后随访6个月。结果术后并发症有角膜层间异物残留、眩光、屈光度欠矫或过矫、视疲劳、不完全角膜瓣、角膜瓣皱褶、沙漠综合征、角膜上皮内生和植入、高眼压症等。结论 LASIK术后可以出现一些并发症,但发生率很低,熟练所用设备操作,提高手术技巧是减少手术并发症的关键。

Prevention and Analysis of Complications with Laser in Situ Keratomileusis

Objective To analyze the complications of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for myopia,and to provide its prevention and management.Methods 500 cases（980 eyes） of myopia were treated with LASIK.The complications of LASIK were retrospectively analyzed in patients.Results The postoperative complications included interface debris,night glare,under or over correction in diopter,astigmatism,visual fatigue,imperfect flap,corneal flap folds,epithelial ingrowth or implantation,sands of Sahara syndrome,corticosteroid hypertension.Conclusion LASIK is a safe and effective method for correcting myopia,although some complications happen after surgery.The skillful techniques are needed for decreasing the occurrence of complications.
