| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨根管治疗困难病例的治疗方法。方法;采用根管根尖联合术治疗困难病例,并进行临床观察评定。结果：成功９１．４％（８５／９３）,无变化７．５％（７／９３）。结论 根管根尖联合术是解决难以顺利进行根管治疗的困难病例的好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate how to increase the therapeutic efficacy of root canal treatment for complex cases. Methods Complex cases were treated by the combined therapy of root canal and periapex, and the therapeutic efficacy was valued through clinical observation according to success, no change and inefficacy. Results The therapeutic efficacy was as the following: the successful cases was 91.4%(85/93), no change 7.5%(7/93) and the inefficacy 1.1%(1/93). Conclusion The combined therapy of root canal and periapex is a good method to treat the complex cases which is difficult to be treated only by the root canal treatment. |
