中药辨证内服结合祛斑面膜外敷治疗黄褐斑50例

摘    要:目的对黄褐斑进行辨证分型,分为气血虚弱、肝气郁滞、痰湿内停、肾精亏虚等四型,观察运用中药辨证内服,结合祛斑面膜外敷治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法以本科制作的祛斑面膜外敷,结合中药辨证分别给予以益气养血法、疏肝解郁法、祛痰利湿法、补肾填精法中药内服治疗,共治疗黄褐斑50例。结摹总有效率96%。结论中药辨证内服结合祛斑面膜外敷治疗黄褐斑疗效确切。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of oral administration of traditional Chinese herbs based on syndromes differentiation combined with speckles-removing mask in the treatment of chloasma,which is divided into four types according to syndromes differentiation for classification,i.e.asthenia of qi and blood,hepatic qi stagnation,phlegmatic hygrosis and internal suspension,and deficiency of renal essence.Methods 50 subjects with chloasma were treated with speckles-removing mask combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine which had the function of nourishing qi and blood,dispersing stagnated hepatoqi,eliminating phlegm and removing dampness,tonifying kidney to replenish essence.Results The total effective rate was 96%.Conclusion Oral administration of traditional Chinese herbs based on syndromes differentiation combined with speckles-removing mask has a definite effect on the treatment of chloasma.
