| 摘 要： | 目的 了解维持血液透析患者血 β2 微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)的变化及高通量透析 (HPD)对 β2 -MG的清除作用。方法 观察 50例维持血液透析患者血 β2 -MG的水平 ,并与正常对照组比较 ;再将 50例患者随机分为两组 ,分别用HPD和常规血液透析 (CHD) ,观察两组患者小分子溶质及 β2 -MG的变化情况。结果 维持血透患者血 β2 -MG水平明显高于正常对照组 ;HPD对 β2 -MG的清除作用比CHD更有效 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 HPD能有效清除 β2 -MG ,提高患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of β 2-microglobulin (β 2-MG) in patients treating with maintenance hemodialysis and high permeable hemodialysis (HPD) in cleaning of β 2-MG. Methods Level of blood β 2-MG in 50 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were evaluated and compared them to that in the control group. Moreover, 50 cases were randomly divided into two groups, Group HPD and CHD, and small molecule solute and β 2-MG were measured in these two groups. Results Level of blood β 2-MG in patients with maintenance hemodialysis were significantly lower than that in the control group, HPD was more effective in cleaning β 2-MG than that of CHD, P<0.001. Conclusions HPD is effective in cleaning β 2-MG, so it could increase the life quality of the patients. |
