益气养阴清热活血法治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗30例临床观察

目的观察益气养阴、清热活血法治疗2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组用益气养阴、清热活血中药治疗,对照组用黄连素。两组疗程均为两个月,治疗前后分别测空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖基化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、血脂(TCh、TG、HDL、LDL)、体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)。结果治疗组总体疗效和改善外周胰岛素抵抗疗效的总有效率分别为90.0%和93.3%,均优于对照组的66.7%和66.7%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的2hPG、HbAlC、FINS、ISI、TG与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论益气养阴、清热活血法对2型糖尿病有显著的临床疗效,且能明显改善患者的胰岛素抵抗。

Clinical Observation of Qi-Enriching and Yin-Nourishing, Heat-Clearing and Blood-Activating Therapy for 30 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes Insulin Resistance

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of qi-enriching and yin-nourishing, heat-clearing and blood-activating therapy in treating type 2 diabetes insulin resistance.Methods 60 subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by this Therapy and control group in which 30 cases were treated with "Huang Lian Su", with a course of 2 months. FPG, FINS, 2hPG, HbA1C, TC, TG, HDL, LDL, BMI and ISI were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective of clinical effect and in improving insulin resistance were 90.0% and 93.3% in treatment group, higher than 66.7% and 66.7% in control group(P < 0.05); 2hPG, HbAlC, FINS, ISI, and TG improved more obviously in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion This therapy is quite effective for type 2 diabetes mellitus and in improving insulin resistance.
