广东产中药桂枝挥发油成分分析

摘    要:目的:分析广东产中药桂枝挥发油中的化学成分。方法:采用分辨毛细管气相色谱-质谱(HRCGC-MS)联用技术分析广东产桂枝挥发没成分。结果:鉴定出49个成分,含量在1%以上有12个,以桂皮醛(83%)含量最高。已鉴定的成分占挥发油总量的985,结论:为广东建立中药材桂枝的GAP生产基地提供了科学依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oils from Ramulus Cinnamomi produced in Guangdong province.METHODS The chemcial constituents were examined by means of high resolution capillary gas chromatography and gas chromatography -mass spectrometry.RESULTS 49 constituents were identified by MS ,the content of 12 components was higher than 1%.The highest was cinnamaldehyde(about 83%).98% of the whole constituents were identified.CONCLUSION The result can be used to provide scientific data for the GAP base construction of Ramulus Cinnamomi.
