界首市孕产妇死亡原因及相关因素分析

目的 :通过对本市 19891998年孕产妇死亡及相关因素分析 ,找出孕产妇系统保健工作存在的主要问题 ,为进一步降低孕产妇死亡率制定有效措施提供依据。方法 :由经培训过的乡 (镇 )妇幼保健医生对辖区内孕产妇死亡进行调查 ,填写死亡报告卡、上报、汇总分析。结果 :孕产妇死亡率呈总体下降趋势 ,孕产妇死亡原因及顺位是产科出血、妊高征、心脏病、妊娠合伴肝病 ;文化素质低、计划外生育、家庭接生、基层保健人员助产水平、孕产妇系统保健管理质量是孕产妇死亡的主要因素。结论 :强化业务培训进一步提高基层妇幼保健医生的助产水平及急救技能 ,提高孕产妇系统保健管理质量 ;坚持开展社区家庭健康促进项目 ,提高住院分娩率以达到降低孕产妇死亡的目的。

Analysis for the Causes and Related Factors of Impregnation Maternal Death in Jieshou county

Objective:to explore the causes and related factors of impregnation maternal death so as to provide scientific basis for reducing the impregnation maternal mortality by analysing the causes and related factors of impregnation maternal death of the local city in the 1989-1998. Methods:By analysing the collected forms of impregnation maternal death provided by the trained doctors of the some field working in the local towns after they conducted a survery of impregnation maternal death in their own ares.Results:The rank order of cause of death is:obstetric hemerrhage,hypertensicn of pregnaney,pregnancy associated.with cardiac disease and liver disease.The related factors were:lower cultural level.birth beyond control,home delivery.the midwifery level of primary health worker and the managenent quality of impregnation maternal health care system.Conclussion:There were many ways to reduce the impregnation maternal mortality,such as reinforcing profession training to make further improvement on the midwifery level and firstaider skill of the countryside women and children,improve the management quality of systemic health care of impregnation maternal,persist in carrying out the community and family health-promoting programme and rasing the rate of hospitaliged clelivery.
