| 摘 要： | 目的:分析脑脓肿的CT与临床表现的关系。材料与方法:对有典型临床症状或细菌学检查证实的17例脑脓肿患者行头颅CT平扫和增强扫描,部份病例行2-4次CT复查。结果:脑脓肿的位置、大小、数目、形状、脓肿壁厚度、脑室情况及脑干受压体征与临床症状、治疗方案的选择以及预后有密切相关。结论:CT扫描是早期诊断脑脓肿的首选方法,病灶的动态观察与预后也是非常重要的。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose: To analyse the. relativity of CT and clinical manifestations of cerebral abscess. Materials and methods: 17 cases with brain abscess confirmed by bacteriology or with typical clinical symptoms were taken by CT scanning of the brain with non-and enhancement. Some of them had been followed up by CT scanning for 2 - 4 times. Results: The location, volume, number shape of foci, thickness of the abscess wall and the compression of cerebral ventricle and brain-stem were related with the clinical manifestations, prognosis and the choice of the treatment. Conclusions: CT was the first selected method for early diagnosis of brain abscess. The follow-up of CT scanning was also important on the evaluation of prognosis. |
