| 摘 要： | 目的观察温脾润肠汤治疗慢传输性便秘的临床疗效。方法选择200例慢传输性便秘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。治疗组口服温脾润肠汤,对照组口服莫沙比利,1个月后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为88.0%,明显优于对照组的58.0%(P<0.05)。结论中药温脾润肠汤治疗慢传输性便秘临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of "Wenpi Runchang Decoction" in the treatment of slow transit constipation.Method 200 subjects were divided into two groups randomly: treatment group in which 100 cases were given "Wenpi Runchang Decoction" and control group in which 100 cases were treated by mosapride.After one-month treatment,the clinical effects were observed.Results The total effective rate was 88.0% in treatment group and 58.0% in control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion "Wenpi Runchang Decoction" is quite effective for slow transit constipation. |
