| 摘 要： | 目的研究血清ICA、GAD抗体检测对2型糖尿病病人中成人缓慢进展性自身免疫性糖尿病(LADA)的诊断价值。方法采用酶联免疫法测定219例2型糖尿病人血清ICA,GAD抗体，体重指数，血糖，胰岛素(INS)，C-肽(C-P)分泌水平并进行比较。结果ICA．GAD抗体阳性率为33％。阳性病例与阴性病例在年龄、性别、体重指数、血糖及INS．C-P分泌水平(曲线下面积)的比较均无显著性差异(P＞0．05)。结论(1)2型糖尿病人中LADA病人可能占比例较高。(2)LADA病人缺乏特征性临床表现，ICA．GAD抗体检测在其早期诊断中有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective: Studying the diagnostic value of testing the serum islet cell antibody (ICA) and glutamic acid decarboxylase antibody (GAD) in latent autoimmune diabetes mellitus in adults (LADA). Method: Testing serum ICA and GAD with ELISA,and the levels of blood glucose insulin (INS),C-peptide and body mass index (BMI) in 219 cases of NIDDM. Re-sults: The positive rates of ICA and GAD were 33%. There were no significant differences in age,sex,BMI, levels of blood glucose, INS and C-P (the area under the curve) between the positive group and the negative group. Conclusion: there was no characteristic clinical symptom in patients with LADA,and the testing of ICA and GAD had important value in the early diagnosis of LADA. |
