边海防战士心理健康状况分析

目的了解边海防战士的心理健康状况,为部队精神卫生服务提供依据。方法采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对133名边海防战士进行心理测试,调查边海防战士的心理健康状况。结果与军人常模比较,边海防战士EPQ的神经质分高,掩饰度分低,两者差异均有显著性(P<0·01),内外向分与精神质分差异无显著性(P>0·05)。SCL-90的强迫症状、人际关系、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、偏执、精神病性等因子分均高于军人常模,差异有显著性(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论边海防战士存在一定心理问题,需要加强精神卫生指导和干预。

Mental Health Analysis of Soldiers of Frontier and Coast Defense

Objective To realize the men ta l health states of the soldiers of frontier and coast defense so as to provide f acts for military mental health service. Methods Eysenck personality questionaire (EPQ) and SCL-90 self -evaluating quantized questionnaire were applied to mental tests of 133 soldier s of frontier and coast defense in order that their mental health states would b e detected. Results On one hand the nervous EPQ scoring of the soldiers of frontier and coast defense was higher than that of the normal models, on the oth er hand their cover-up EPQ scoring was lower, which indicated the significant d ifferences (P<0.01). As for SCL-90 questionnaire, the scores of the factors , such as compulsive symptoms, huamn relationship, anxiety, hostility, fear, big otry and psychosis, were all higher than that of the normal models (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion The frontier and coast soldiers suffer from some men tal disorders which need to be mentally guided and intervened in.
