| 摘 要： | 功能性消化不良(FD)和肠易激综合征(IBs)是一组多种因素如:胃肠激素因素、胃肠道动力障碍、内脏敏感性异常因素、脑一肠轴的作用等引起的异质性疾病,同时FD和IBS重叠发病有着>50%的概率,其病因和发病机制迄今还不完全清楚,而且几乎无单一的发病机制能够完全解释所有FD和IBS的临床症状,随着近年来对FD和IBS两病研究的深入,了解其重叠的发病机制将会对FD和IBS的治疗提供一种新的途径。

| Abstract: | Functional dyspepsia(FD) and irritable bowel syndrome(IBs) are a group of desases inchcding a variety of factors such as gastrointestinal hormonal factors,gastrointestinal motility disorders,abnormal visceral sensitivity factors,the role of brain-gut axis caused by heterogeneous disease.The incidence of both FD and IBS overlap with> 50% probability and its etiology and pathogenesis is not entirely clear so far,and almost no single mechanism can fully explain the incidence of all clinical symptoms of FD and ... |
