因子分析法探讨广州疲劳性亚健康女性中医体质分型的证候要素

目的:探讨广州疲劳性亚健康女性中医体质分型的证候要素,为疲劳性亚健康体质调养提供辨证诊疗依据。方法:采用前瞻性观察方案,按统一诊断、纳入、排除标准,选取疲劳性亚健康女性385例,从中医诊断学角度四诊和参,并通过频数分析、因子分析等统计学方法,提取相关证候要素。结果:因子分析得出19个公因子(证候要素),再根据证候要素对385例疲劳性亚健康女性体质情况进行分型,结果发现:湿热质占42.6%,血瘀质占13.2%,阳虚质占11.9%,气郁质占11.2%,阴虚质占9.4%,气虚质兼湿热质占5.2%,阳虚质兼气郁质占3.1%,痰湿质占2.1%,痰湿质兼血瘀质占1.3%。结论:广州地区疲劳性亚健康女性主要病理性质为湿、热,次要病理性质为血瘀、血虚、气滞、气虚、阳虚、阴虚、痰湿。病位脏腑主要涉及肝、脾,次要为胆、胃。主要体质类型是湿热质,其余依次为血瘀质、阳虚质、气郁质、阴虚质、气虚质兼湿热质,阳虚质兼气郁质、痰湿质、痰湿质兼血瘀质。广州亚健康女性以单纯体质类型为主,部分为复合体质类型。
