| 摘 要： | 根据外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(Vulvovaginal Candidiasis,VVC)反复发作的特点,并结合中医学藏象理论和经络学说,从脾虚肝郁、湿热蕴带,肾虚血瘀、湿瘀结带,脾肾阳虚、寒湿凝带,肝肾阴虚、冲任虚损四个方面来探讨VVC反复发作的中医病机特点,认为复发性VVC的发病过程中脏腑功能失常是其发病的内在条件,湿邪留滞带脉为其中心线索。脾肾气虚为本,湿邪兼夹热、瘀、寒等病理因素结带为标,本虚标实,虚实夹杂为该病的重要病机特点。
