综合护理干预对慢性肺源性心脏病患者不良心理及生活质量的影响

目的观察综合护理干预对慢性肺源性心脏病（以下简称慢性肺心病）患者不良心理及生活质量的影响。方法将72例慢性肺心病患者随机分为2组，对照组36例接受常规护理，干预组36例接受综合护理干预。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）检测患者的不良心理情况，采用生活质量量表评定患者的生活质量。结果对照组和干预组均能降低HAMD、HAMA得分，改善患者的日常生活能力和社会活动能力（P〈0．01，P〈0．05），干预组优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论综合护理干预可显著改善慢性肺心病患者的不良心理并提高患者的生活质量。

Effect of comprehensive nursing care on adverse psychological and the quality of life of patients with cor pulmonale

Objective To Investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing care on adverse psychological and the quality of life of patients with cor pulmonale. Methods 72 cases patients who suffered cor pulmonale were se lected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, control group（ n = 36） accepted routine nurs ing, the experimental group （ n = 36） received comprehensive nursing. Adverse psychological in two groups were as sessed using Hamilton depression scale and anxiety scale,the patient＇s quality of life in two groups were assessed by quality of life scale. Results Both of control group and experimental group could improved patient＇s HAMD and HA MA index（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Control group and experimental group all could improved ability of daily life and social activi ties （ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）, the experimental group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion s Compre hensive nursing care could improve adverse psychological and quality of life of patients who suffered cor pulmonale.
