通脉松筋易骨法治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：观察通脉松筋易骨法治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：150例肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者按照1：1比例分为试验组75例和对照组75例，试验组（75例）采用辨证分期为特色的通脉松筋易骨法结合辨证点按经穴，对照组（75例）采用传统推拿手法结合辨证点按经穴。10天为1疗程，共治疗3个疗程。在治疗前、入组后每隔10天及试验终点时间分别进行下腰痛评分量表（JOA）、腰椎活动度（ROM）的比较。结果：两组患者JOA评分、腰椎活动度（ROM）均呈上升趋势，试验组较对照组JOA评分、腰椎活动度（ROM）上升明显，在治疗后第10、20、30天时，两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。治疗结束后，试验组痊愈42例、好转29例、未愈1例，总有效率98．61％；对照组痊愈18例、好转41例、未愈10例，总有效率85．51％。试验组对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：“通脉松筋易骨”法可以加快肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰部功能恢复，改善患者的临床症状，对肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗有较好的疗效，为中医药治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供了一种有效的治疗方法。

Curative Observation of Tongmai Songjin Yigu Method on Treating Liver-kidney Asthenia Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tongmai Songjin Yigu Method on treating liver-kidney deficiency type lum- bar disc herniation. Methods： 150 cases of liver-kidney deficiency patients with lumbar disc herniation by a 1 ： 1 ratio into a treatment group of 75 patients and a control group of 75 cases. Experimental group （75 cases） differentiation stage featuring Tongmai Songjin Yigu Method combined with dialectical point by meridian in the controlled group （75 cases） combined with tra- ditional massage techniques dialectical click meridian. 10 days for treatment, were treated for 3 courses. Before treatment, into the group and test every l0 days after the end of time for low back pain rating scale, respectively （JOA）, lumbar activity （ROM） comparison. Results ： JOA score, lumbar activity （ROM） of two groups showed an upward trend in the treatment group than in the controlled group; JOA score, lumbar activity （ROM） increased significantly in 20, 30 days after treatment, the difference was significant （P 〈0. 05）. After treatment, the experimental group recovered in 42 cases, improved in 29 cases, cured in 1 case, the total effective rate was 98.61% ; the controlled group cured 18 cases, improvement in 41 cases, healed in 10 cases, the total effective rate was 85. 51%. Test group of liver and kidney deficiency lumbar disc herniation significantly bet- ter than the controlled group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Tongmai Songjin Yigu Method can speed up the liver and kidney deficien- cy in patients with lumbar disc herniation in lumbar functional recovery, improve the clinical symptoms of liver and kidney defi- ciency treatment of lumbar disc herniation has a good effect, to improve the medical treatment of lumbar disc herniation provides an effective treatment.
