辨证施护对提高消化性溃疡临床治疗效果分析

目的：观察辨证施护对消化性溃疡临床疗效的影响。方法：选择经胃镜检查确诊的129例消化性溃疡住院患者，随机分为观察组（53例）和对照组（76例）。对照组给予一般常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予辨证施护，采取饮食调护、情志护理、疼痛护理、健康指导，患者出院后随访3个月，统计并分析结果。结果：观察组53例患者，治愈10例（18．87％），显效21例（39．62％），有效18例（33．96％），总有效率为92．45％；住院时间（12．9±1．3）天；用药依从性为90．57％（48例），护理满意度96．22％（51例），并发症发生5．66％（3例），与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对消化性溃疡患者给予辨证施护，可以有效提高其用药依从性，缩短住院时间，降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度，从而提高患者的生活质量。

Conclusion： The dialectical nursing on patients with peptic ulcer can effectively improve the medication compliance, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve nursing satisfaction, so as to improve the quality of life. of the patients.
