舒张性心力衰竭病理生理和治疗进展

舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)是指射血分数(EF)正常的心力衰竭,其发病率在逐年上升,并已成为当代老龄社会的重要公共健康问题。目前,人们对DHF的病理生理过程有了全新认识,但现有的治疗方案并不能改变DHF的自然病程;新的靶向治疗立足于病理生理环节,相关基础和循证研究还在进行之中。因此,合理有效的预防是现今DHF临床工作的基石。本文将对DHF的最新进展进行综述。

Pathophysiology and therapy developments with diastolic heart failure

Diastolic heart failure(DHF) is defined as heart failure with normal ejection fraction(EF).With its rising prevalence annually,DHF has been become an important public health problem facing the aging society.Although there are many new understanding with its pathophysiology,there still has no evidence-based treatment strategies that would change its natural history.New targeted therapies are based on pathophysiology,and new research is still on its way.Therefore,how to prevent DHF through appropriate methods is always the cornerstone of clinical intervention.In this review,we will describe recent developments with DHF.
