氟中毒性脊髓压迫征的临床研究

目的 探讨氟中毒性脊髓压迫征的临床表现、发生机理及其疗法。方法 报告氟中毒性脊髓压迫征7例，对其临床表现、CT及X线片进行分析，本组患者均行椎板切除脊髓减压术。结果 7例患者均有明显的氟骨症。临床主要症状为脊柱、关节及其周围的肌肉疼痛，以腰腿痛明显，下肢麻木，关节活动受限，病变平面以下感觉减退，下肢肌力减退，腱反射活跃，病理征阳性，重者出现截瘫。本组患者行椎板切除脊髓减压术后，2例功能恢复正常，4例功能明显好转，1例原有截瘫术后功能无恢复。结论 早期手术是治疗氟中毒性脊髓压迫征的最有效的方法.

Clinical study of endemic fluorosis with spinal cord compression

Objective To investigate clinical appearances, mechanism and treatment of endemic fluorosis with spinal cord compression. Methods 7 cases of endemic fluorosis with spinal cord compression were studied. The authors also analysed the clinical appearances, CT and radiographs of the patients. The laminectomy and decompression of spinal cord were operated upon all cases. Results 7 cases had apparent skeletal fluorosis. The clinical main appearances of endemic fluorosis with spinal cord compression include: spinal pain, joints ache and muscles aching pain, obvious lumbar and legs pain, lower limbs numbness, limited function of joints, hypoesthesia below damage level, weak myodynamia of lower limbs, brisk tendon reflex, positive pathologic reflex, but the most dangerous complication of fluorosis was paraplegia. After the operations, 2 cases became normal, 4 cases got improvement, 1 case got paraplegia. Conclusion Early operations are the most effective method to treat endemic fluorosis with spinal cord compression.
