利托君治疗先兆早产的临床观察

目的观察利托君治疗先兆早产的临床效果。方法 56例先兆早产患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各28例。观察组给予利托君静脉滴注,对照组给予硫酸镁静脉滴注。观察2组保胎成功率、延长孕龄的情况、显效时间、住院时间、新生儿体质量及药物不良反应。结果观察组孕龄延长〉7d发生率和保胎成功率为53.6%和92.9%分别高于对照组的32.1%和75.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组显效时间、住院时间均短于对照组,新生儿体质量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论利托君治疗先兆早产疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of ritodrine in treatment of threatened premature

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ritodrine in treatment of threatened premature.Methods 56 patients with threatened premature were randomly divided into observation group and control group,28 cases of each.The observation group were given ritodrine intravenously,the control group were given magnesium sulfate intravenously.Observed success rate of miscarriage,gestational age extended of the situation,the onset time,hospitalization time,neonatal weight and the adverse drug reactions.Results Gestational age extended7d incidence（32.1%）and the success rate of miscarriage（75.0%）of observation group were higher than that of control group（P0.05）;The markedly time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than that of control group,birth weight lower than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Ritodrine in treatment of threatened premature has significant effect,worthy of clinical application.
