甲型副伤寒沙门菌100株药敏结果分析

目的探讨甲型副伤寒沙门菌对不同抗菌药物的耐药情况,以指导临床医师用药,从而提高对甲型副伤寒的防治水平。方法对分离的100株甲型副伤寒沙门菌药敏结果进行数据处理。结果药敏试验结果显示,甲型副伤寒沙门菌对环丙沙星的敏感率最好,耐药率最低,对复方磺胺甲恶唑的敏感率最低,耐药率达60%。结论氟喹诺酮类抗生素可作为本地区治疗甲型副伤寒沙门菌首选药物之一,药物敏感率高,耐药率低,临床医师应在药敏检测结果指导下用药。

Analysis of drug susceptibility for 100 salmonella paratyphi

Objective To investigate salmonella paratyphi different antimicrobial agents,so as to guide the clinician medication,thereby enhancing the prevention and treatment of salmonella paratyphi.Methods Isolated 100 salmonella paratyphi susceptibility,resulted of data processing.Results The results of sensitivity test showed that S.Paratyphi A the rate of the best sensitivity was ciprofloxacin,resistance rates of the lowest,the lowest sensitivity of cotrimoxazole drug-resistant serious,drug-resistant rate was 60%.Conclusion Fluoroquinolone antibiotics can be used as treatment in this region of salmonella paratyphi a drug of choice,one of the high rate of drug sensitivity,drug resistance rate is low,and so clinicians should be guided by drug susceptibility test results.
