我院药品不良反应159例分析

目的了解该院药品不良反应（ADR）发生情况,促进临床合理用药。方法将该院2008-2009年收集到的159例ADR报告,利用Excel电子表格进行相关项目的分类统计与分析。结果 159例ADR涉及药品72种,抗菌药引起的ADR居首位共74例（46.5%）,中药注射剂25例（15.7%）;〉60岁患者54例（34.0%）;静脉滴注引起ADR共147例（92.5%）;临床表现主要为全身性损害占28.3%,皮肤及其附件损害占25.2%,消化系统损害占24.5%。结论应重视做好ADR监测与报告工作,促进临床合理用药,避免或减少ADR的发生。

Analysis of 159 ADR in our hospital

Objective To investigate the incidence of adverse drug reactions （ADR） in our hospital,and promote the rational use of drugs.Methods 159 ADR cases reports collected in our hospital from 2008 to 2009 were classified and analyzed statistically by microsoft excel.Results 72 varieties were involved in the 159 ADRs.Leading the first position was anti-infective durgs.74 cases （46.5%） were associated with anti-infective durgs and 25 cases （15.7%） with TCM injections.54 cases （34.0%） aged over 60 years old.147 cases （92.5%） were caused by intravenous administration.The main clinical manifestations were body as a whole-general disorders （28.3%）,followed by skin and appendages disorders （25.2%） and gastro-intestinal system disorders （24.5%）.Conclusion We should pay more attention to the monitoring and reporting of ADRs,promote the rational use of drugs ,so as to avoid or lessen the occurrence of ADRs.
