| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟内异汤治疗子宫内膜异位症（EM）的临床疗效。方法由腹腔镜检查诊断为EM患者48例作为治疗组,给予中药内异汤治疗6个月;另选择20例健康女性为对照组,比较2组性激素水平。结果治疗组治疗后血清泌乳素（PRL）水平较治疗前明显下降（P〈0.05）,黄体生成素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）水平比治疗前显著上升（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后性激素水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论中药内异汤治疗EM疗效可靠,无不良反应,且可改善患者体内性激素水平。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the level of sex hormone of Neiyi soup treated in endometriosis（EM）.Methods 48 cases patients of EM was as treatmeat group,detected sex hormones level and gave Neiyi soup orally within six months.The other 20 case normal women were as control group,compared the sex hormone between two groups.Results After treatment,PRL level of treatment group was lower than before treatment（P0.05）,LH and E2 level were higher than that before treatment （P0.05）.Afte treatment,the sex hormone level in treatment group were compared with that in control group,the difference was not statistically sigificant （P0.05）.Conclusion Neiyi soup treated in EM had a reliable effect,hadn′t adverse reaction and count improve the body of the levels of sex hormones. |
