吸入沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

目的观察吸入沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的临床效果。方法 66例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例。对照组给予口服一般平喘药,治疗组给予吸入沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉治疗。观察2组肺功能和血气分析变化。结果 2组治疗后动脉血氧分压（PaO2）均升高,动脉血二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）均降低,第1秒用力呼气肺活量（FEV1）、FEV1占预计值百分比（FEV1%）及FEV1/用力呼气肺活量（FVC）均较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组上述指标改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对COPD稳定期患者给予吸入沙美特罗/丙酸氟替卡松干粉剂治疗,可减轻COPD症状,改善肺功能,提高患者生命质量。

Clinical observation of salmeterol/fluticasone propionate dry powder for inhalation in treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of salmeterol/fluticasone propionate dry powder for inhalation in treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods 66 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,33 cases of each.The control group received normal antiasthmatic drug,while the treatment group received salmeterol/fluticasone propionate dry powder for inhalation.Observed 2 group＇s lung function and blood gas changes.Results After treatment,PaO2 were increased,while PaCO2 were decreased in two groups.After treatment,the two group＇s FEV1,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC were increased.Compared with those before treatment,all differences above were statistically significant（P0.05）.The improvements of all indexes above of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Treating stable COPD with salmeterol/fluticasone propionate dry powder for inhalation can relieve the symptoms of COPD,and improve lung function and life quality of patient.
