| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定咽炎颗粒中蒙花苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱：CAPCEll PAKC18（5μm,250mm×4.6mm）;流动相：甲醇-1%醋酸溶液（49∶51）;检测波长：334nm;流速：1.0ml/min;柱温：40℃。结果蒙花苷在4.64～69.6μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）。蒙花苷的平均回收率为99.33%,RSD为0.79%（n=6）。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高,重复性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）method for determination of buddleoside in Yanyan Granule.Methods CAPCEll PAK C18（5μm,250mm×4.6mm）was used.methanol-1%glacial（49：51）as the mobile phase,with detection wavelength at 220nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results Buddleoside had a good linear relationship in the range of 4.46~69.6μg （r=0.9999）.The average recovery of buddleoside was 99.33%,RSD was 0.79%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is reliable,accurate and reproducibble. |
