苦参栓治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病80例疗效观察

目的观察苦参栓阴道用药治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病的疗效。方法 80例外阴阴道念珠菌病患者采用苦参碱栓阴道上药,用药前及用药后7～14d进行临床症状评分及白带检查。结果治疗结束后7～14d患者临床症状明显改善,临床、病原学及综合疗效分别为82.3%（65/79）、75.9%（60/79）、75.9%（60/79）。外用局部不良反应发生率为1.3%。结论苦参栓阴道用药治疗外阴阴道念珠菌病具有较好的疗效,局部不良反应的发生率低。

The effect observation of vulvovaginal candidiasis treated with matrine supposttories:on 80 cases report

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of matrine supposttories used in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis（VVC）.Methods 80 cases of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis were given matrine supposttories intravaginal ovules.Each patient was evaluated clinically and microbiologically before and at the end of pharmacological treatment（day 7～14）.Results 7～14d after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms were improved,the clinical were improved,the clinical effecicy,microbiological and synthetic effecicy was 82.3%（65/79）,75.9%（60/79）,75.9%（60/79） respectively.Topical local adverse reaction rate was 1.3%.Conclusion Flavescens vaginally treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis with good effect,a low incidence of local adverse reactions.
