氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

目的观察氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UA）的临床疗效。方法 76例UA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各38例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗,观察2组临床效果。结果 2组治疗后心绞痛发作次数少于治疗前,持续时间短于治疗前,硝酸甘油平均日耗量少于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善情况优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率为65.8%高于对照组的47.4%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗UA疗效显著。

Clinical observation of clopidogrel with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina

Objective To evaluate the effect of clopidogrel with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina （UA）.Methods 76 patients with UA were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,38 of each.The control group was given traditional treatmen,while the experiment group based of the control group was given clopidogrel and aspirin.Observed the clinical effect of the two groups.Results The outbreak time of angina,lasting time,average day consumption of nitroglycerin of the two groups were less than those before treatment,and there were significant differences in them respectively（P0.05）.The improvement of the experiment group was superior to the control group,and there was significant difference （P0.05）.The effective rate of the experiment group 65.8% was higher than 47.4% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Clopidogrel with aspirin has remarkable effect in treating UA.
