急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白测定的临床价值

目的探讨急性脑梗死（ACI）患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）测定的临床价值。方法选择ACI患者82例（ACI组）及健康对照者38例,根据患者入院时的神经功能缺损评分将ACI组又分为轻型亚组30例,中型亚组27例,重型亚组25例。分别对ACI组及对照组进行血清hs-CRP水平的测定。结果脑梗死轻、中、重型亚组血清hs-CRP含量分别为（7.63±1.26）、（11.76±1.52）、（16.49±2.38）mg/L,两两比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且均显著高于对照组的（1.18±2.36）mg/L,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。3亚组脑梗死患者治疗后血清hs-CRP含量均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.01）。但仍高于对照组的（1.18±0.36）mg/L,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 ACI组血清hs-CRP水平测定对判断病情及评价疗效有重要的临床价值。

Detection of high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its clinical value

Objective To explore the clinical value of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）detected in acute cerebral infarction（ACI）.Methods Select 82 patients with ACI（ACI group）and healthy controls were 38 cases,according to the patients on admission neurological deficit score to ACI group was divided into subgroups of 30 patients with light and medium-sized sub-group of 27 cases,25 cases of severe sub-group.The serum hs-CRP in ACI group and the control group were determined respectively.Results Cerbral light,medium and heavy sub-group of serun hs-CRP level were（7.63±1.26）,（11.76±1.52）and（16.49±2.38）mg/L,the differeces of pairwise comparison were statistically significant（P0.01）,and higher than（1.18±2.36）mg/L in control group,the differenes were statistically significant（P0.01）.Compared with before treatment,the serum level of hs-CRP in ACI patients decreased significantly after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion The detection of serum hs-CRP has important clinical value for judging the condition and assessing the therapeutic effect of ACI.
