Survivin在乳腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系研究

目的探讨Survivin在乳腺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法及对术前未行放、化疗及新辅助化疗的乳腺癌组织40例和正常乳腺组织15例蜡块标本进行Survivin检测。观察Survivin在乳腺癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。结果乳腺癌组织中Survivin阳性率为67.5%,正常乳腺组织中无Survivin表达,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Survivin在不同年龄、肿瘤发生部位及直径、有无淋巴结转移及不同分化程度乳腺癌患者中的表达差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 Survivin在乳腺癌组织中高表达,提示该基因在乳腺癌发生及发展过程中起着重要作用,有助于准确判断乳腺癌的预后。

Study of expression of survivin in breast cancer and its relationship with clinic pathologic feature

Objective To explore expression of survivin in breast cancer and its relationship with clinic pathologic feature.Methods Detected survivin in paraffin-embeded samples from 40 cases without preoperative radiotherapy,chemotherapy and NACT as well as 15 cases with normal breast tissues by immunohistochemistry SP.Observed the expression of survivin breast cancer and its relationship with clinic pathologic feature.Results The positive rate of survivin in breast cancer was 67.5%,while that in normal breast tissues was 0,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The expression of survivin had no statistical difference among different ages,different locations of tumor,different sizes of tumor diameter and different degrees of differentiation,and it also had no statistical difference between with and without lymphatic metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion The high expression of survivin in breast tissue suggests that the gene plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer,which helps to evaluate prognosis accurately.
