摘    要:目的:建立87种中药材中有机氯类、拟除虫菊酯类等多种农药残留的GC-ECD测定方法。方法:针对不同样品,选用DB-1701毛细管柱,通过柱程序升温,对多种农药进行同时检测。结果:各种农药在2~2 000μg·L-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.094 6~14.150 9 Pg。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确。

Abstract:Objective: To determine pesticide residues of organchlorines and pyethroids in 87 kinds of traditional Chinese medi- cines by gas chromatography with electron capture detector. Method: The pesticide residues in different samples were extracted and separated by DB-1701 column with temperature programming. Result: Many sorts of pesticides could be separated perfectly. The standard curves all showed good linearity over the concentration range of 2-2 000 μg · L^-1 and the detection limit of the pesticides was 0. 094 6-14. 150 9 pg. Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate.
