| 摘 要： | 目的探索在当前形势下我国成人高等医学教育进一步改革与发展的问题。方法对我国成人高等医学教育的现状和存在的问题进行了分析,并在此基础上从办学方向、教学内容与方法、教育方式和学分制管理模式几个方面提出了具体改革建议。结果成人高等医学教育的现状是机遇和挑战并存,需要在多个方面进行改革才能解决目前所面临的问题。结论我国成人高等医学教育只有进行进一步的改革才能适应形势的需要,获得更大的发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To find the way of reformation and development of part-time higher medical education in China in current situation.Methods The problems and current situation about part-time higher medical education were analyzed. Some reformation suggestions were also given on orientation of educational market, course content, method of teaching, model of education, and management of credit system. Results There are opportunities and challenges in part-time higher medical education in China. Reformation is necessary to solve the problems it faces. Conclusion Higher medical education in China can achieve a bigger development if some improvements are obtained. |
