酒石酸锑钾对家兔在位心室肌细胞跨膜电位的影响

摘    要:
在自然呼吸条件下,以浮置式玻璃微电极引导32只家兔在位左心室肌细胞跨膜动作电位,同时描记动脉血压和心电图,静脉注射酒石酸锑钾(50mg/kg),在窦性节律下,家兔左心室肌细胞静息电位绝对值从注药前的81.0±10.6mv降至63.6±9.0mv(P<0.01),动作电位振幅从115.2±10.3mv降至98.9±14.7mv(P<0.01),动作电位0相最大上升速率从207.3±16.2v/s降至186.7±15.9v/s(P<0.05)。在窦性和起搏节律下,动作电位时程也稍有延长(P<0.05)。上述结果表明,酒石酸锑钾确能改变家兔在位心室肌细胞的电活动。

Abstract:
Transmembrane action potentials (TAP) of the ventricular cells of 32 rabbits were recorded with floating glass microelectrode under natural breathing. Antinomy potassium tartrate (50 mg/kg, i.v.) reduced the resting membrane potential, action potential amplitude and the maximum upstroke velocity of phase O de-polarization( Vmax) of the ventricular cells under sinus and pacing rhythms. Significant prolongation (P<0.05) of the action potentials duration measured to 25 percent (APD25), 50 percent (APD50) and 90 percent (APD90) of repolarization was also induced by antinomy potassium tartrate injection. The results obtained confirm that antinomy potassium tartrate can induce definite changes of the electro-physiologic properties of ventricular cell of rabbit.
