社区老年COPD病人健康促进行为与自护行为的相关性研究

[目的]了解社区老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）病人健康促进行为、自我护理行为现状及两者的关系。[方法]对长沙市4所社区服务中心97例老年COPD病人,采用一般资料调查问卷、健康促进行为问卷和COPD病人自我护理行为量表进行调查。[结果]社区老年COPD病人的健康促进行为、自我护理行为得分分别为（117.86±4.94）分、（89.07±1.51）分,均处于中等水平;其自我护理行为与健康促进行为呈正相关（r=0.497,P〈0.05）。[结论]长沙市社区老年COPD病人健康促进行为和自我护理行为有相关性,社区医务人员在工作中应重视评估和增强病人的自我护理行为能力,使病人能更好地执行健康促进行为,从而提高病人的健康促进行为和自我护理行为能力,改善生活质量。

Study on correlation between health promoting behaviors and self-care behaviors of community elderly COPD patients

Objective：To know about the status quo of health promoting behaviors and self care behaviors of community elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）and the relationship between them.Methods：A total of 97 cases of COPD patients in 4community service centers in Changsha city were selected and investigated by using general information questionnaire,health promoting behaviors questionnaire and self-care behaviors scale for COPD patients.Results：The scores of health promoting behaviors and self-care behaviors of the community elderly COPD patients were respective（117.86±4.94）and（89.07±1.51）,and both them were in the medium level;self care behaviors were positively correlated with health promoting behaviors（r=0.497,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There is correlation between health promoting behaviors and self-care behaviors of community elderly patients with COPD in Changsha city.Community health workers should think highly of evaluating and enhancing the patients＇ self care capacity in the work,and make the patients better implement health promoting behaviors,and then to enhance their health promoting behaviors and self-care capacity and improve their quality of life.
