养老机构老年人社会支持现况及其影响因素

[目的]了解乌鲁木齐市养老机构社会支持状况及影响因素。[方法]2013年9月-2014年3月使用调查问卷对乌鲁木齐市12家养老机构老年人进行现场横断面调查，调查表内容包括一般资料及社会支持量表。[结果]社会支持得分为（30.55±6.65）分，处于中等偏下水平；单因素及多因素分析结果显示，养老机构性质、文化程度、婚姻状况、曾经从事职业、入住时间、居住方式以及经济收入对社会支持程度有显著影响，（P〈0.05）。[结论]养老机构老年人社会支持状况并不乐观，改善其现状需要全社会共同努力。

Status quo of social support of the aged in pension institutions and its influencing factors

Objective：To know about the status quo of social support in pension institutions in Urumuqi city and its influencing factors. Methods：From September in 2013 to March in 2014, the questionnaire was used for a cross sectional survey of 12 pension institutions in Urumqi city.And the questionnaire included general information and so-cial support scale. Results：The average score of social support was 30.55±6.65 and it showed in a lower middle level.Univariate and multivari-ate analysis showed that the nature of pension institutions,educational level, marital status, once engaged in occupation, check in time, way of living and income had a significant impact on the social support score （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Social support of the aged in pension in-stitutions is in a poor condition and it needs a joint effort from the whole society.
