中医药调控肺癌相关信号通路研究进展

MAPK信号通路是细胞内信号传导的主要途径,利用MAPK信号通路可对肺癌进行有效治疗,今后还需研究MAPK信号通路的相关蛋白在肺癌中的作用及潜在的分子机制,发现新的药物作用靶点,为肺癌的治疗提供新途径。中医药在干预Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的研究方面较为薄弱,主要以COX-2、β-catenin、GSK-3β等蛋白为主,对相关因子和其他蛋白研究较少;利用TGF-β/Smads信号通路治疗肺癌已经成为新手段。中药及中医灸法、穴位埋线等通过干预TGF-β/Smads信号通路体现了治疗作用,针对TGF-β信号通路的深入研究,将为肺癌的临床治疗提供新思路。深入进行中医药和JAK/STAT信号通路的相关研究,有助于更好地认识肺癌,为开发新药治疗肺癌提供依据。NF-κB信号通路是非常经典的信号通路,与其他信号通路多有交叉,西医的拮抗剂难以准确抑制其传导,特异性较低。中医药具有多靶点、多层次的特点,将会是干预NF-κB信号通路的主要手段。中医药干预Notch信号通路治疗肺癌的研究较少,在中医药和Notch信号通路方面的研究应更加全面揭示其内在联系,为肺癌的治疗提供新的方案。PI3K/AKT/mTOR信号通路的研究是目前的热点,在其介导的相关蛋白及小分子的研究进展颇大,中医学者也可以将其作为靶点,探索中医药治疗肺癌的机制。

Research Progress of TCM Regulating Signal Pathways Related to Lung Cancer

The MAPK signaling pathway is the main pathway of intracellular signal transduction.The MAPK pathway can be used to effectively treat lung cancer.In the future,it is necessary to study the role of MAPK pathway related proteins in lung cancer and the potential molecular mechanism,and discover new drug targets to provide a new way for the treatment of lung cancer.The research of Chinese medicine on the intervention of Wnt/β-catenin pathway is relatively weak,mainly focusing on COX-2,β-catenin,GSK-3βand other proteins,and there is little research on related factors and other proteins.The use of TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway to treat lung cancer has become a new method of treating lung cancer.Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine moxibustion,catgut embedding at acupoints,etc.have all demonstrated therapeutic effects by intervening in the TGF-β/Smads signaling pathway.In-depth research on the TGF-βsignaling pathway will provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of lung cancer.In-depth research on Chinese medicine and JAK/STAT signaling pathway will help us better understand lung cancer and provide a basis for developing new drugs to treat lung cancer.The NF-κB signaling pathway is a very classic signaling pathway,and it crosses with other signaling pathways.Western medicine antagonists cannot accurately inhibit its conduction and have low specificity.Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multiple targets and multiple levels,and will be the main means to interfere with the NF-κB signaling pathway.There are few studies on the intervention of TCM in the treatment of lung cancer with Notch signaling pathway.Research on TCM and Notch signaling pathway should more fully reveal their internal connections and provide new solutions for the treatment of lung cancer.The research of PI3 K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway is currently a hot spot.The research on the related proteins and small molecules mediated by it has made great progress.TCM practitioners can also use it as a target to explore the mechanism of TCM treatment of lung cancer.
