耳穴金针联合扶正针法治疗阳虚质慢性疲劳综合征

目的:观察耳穴金针联合扶正针法干预阳虚质慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法:将90例阳虚质慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为三组,每组各30例,治疗组采用耳穴金针联合扶正针法治疗,A对照组采用耳穴金针治疗,B对照组采用扶正针法治疗,每周1次,连续治疗8次,测定治疗前后疲劳量表-14(fatigue scale-14,FS-14)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分,分别评估患者脑力及体力疲劳程度、抑郁程度、焦虑程度及其变化,并比较临床疗效。结果:治疗结束后,三组临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组患者治疗后FS-14、SDS、SAS评分较治疗前显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明3种疗法均可有效改善患者的疲劳、抑郁及焦虑程度。与A、B对照组比较,治疗后治疗组FS-14、SDS评分较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而SAS评分相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明与单用耳穴金针或扶正针法对比,耳穴金针联合扶正针法在改善患者疲劳及抑郁程度方面疗效更优,而改善患者焦虑程度方面疗效相当。结论:耳穴金针联合扶正针法治疗阳虚质慢性疲劳综合征疗效显著,可有效降低患者疲劳及抑郁程度。

Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome of Yang Deficiency Constitution by Auricular Gold-needle Combined with Fu-zheng Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of auricular gold-needle combined with Fu-zheng acupuncture to interfere with chronic fatigue syndrome of yang deficiency constitution.Methods:90 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of yang deficiency constitution were randomly divided into 3 groups,each with 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with auricular gold-needle combined with Fu-zheng acupuncture,the control group A was treated with auricular gold-needle,and the control group B was treated with Fu-zheng acupuncture,1 time a week,8 consecutive treatments.Before and after treatment,Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores were measured.The patients′mental and physical fatigue,depression,anxiety and their changes were evaluated separately,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Results:After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FS-14,SDS,and SAS scores of the three groups of patients were significantly lower than those before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the three therapies can effectively improve the fatigue,depression and anxiety of the patients.Compared with the control groups A and B,the FS-14 and SDS scores of the treatment group after treatment were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while the SAS score was equivalent,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that compared with auricular gold-needle or Fu-zheng acupuncture method alone,auricular gold-needle combined with Fu-zheng acupuncture method is more effective in improving the degree of fatigue and depression of the patient,but has the same effect in improving the degree of anxiety of the patient.Conclusion:Auricular gold-needle combined with Fu-zheng acupuncture has a significant effect on chronic fatigue syndrome of Yang deficiency constitution and can effectively reduce the fatigue and depression of patients.
