沈阳地区错合畸形的分类研究

摘    要:
目的研究沈阳地区错合畸形的分类状况及特点。方法选择205例错合畸形模型进行安氏分类,在头颅定位侧位片上采用APD I值及OD I值进行骨性分类。结果在错合畸形中,安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类的构成比分别为45.71、28.57、25.72;在近远中方向,骨性Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类的构成比分别为55.24、16.19、28.57;在垂直方向,低角、均角、高角的构成比为8.57、60.95、30.48。在安氏Ⅰ类错合畸形中,构成比为近远中向骨性Ⅰ类>Ⅲ类>Ⅱ类,垂直向均角>高角>低角;在安氏Ⅱ类错合畸形中,构成比为骨性Ⅰ类>Ⅱ类>Ⅲ类,均角>低角>高角;在安氏Ⅲ类错合畸形中,构成比为骨性Ⅲ类>Ⅰ类>Ⅱ类,高角>均角>低角。结论安氏分类不能准确的反映颌骨的近远中向及垂直向类型,安氏各类畸形中具有多种骨性类型,因此临床上需要同时进行安氏分类及骨性分类,以制定正确的矫治计划。

Abstract:
Objective The present study was to investigate the classifications of malocclusions in Shenyang.Methods Two hundreds and five cases were selected and classified by the criterion of Angle's classification on the matrix and the values of Anteroposterior Dysplasia Indicator(APDI) and Overbite Depth Indicator(ODI) on the lateral cephalograms.Results The constituent ratios of Angle Class I,II,and III were 45.71,28.57,and 25.72 respectively.The constituent ratios of anteroposterior craniofacial complex Class I,II,and III were 55.24,16.19,and 28.57 respectively.The constituent ratios of vertical high angle,average angle and low angle were 8.57,60.95,and 30.48 respectively.The order of the constituent ratios of anteroposterior craniofacial complex types in Angle Class I was Class I >Class III >Class II;in vertical classification was average angle > high angle > low angle.The order of that in Angle Class II was Class I >Class II >Class III;in vertical classification was average angle > low angle > high angle.The order of that in Angle Class III was Class III >Class I >Class II;in vertical classification was high angle > average angle > low angle.Conclusion Angle classification based on the location of the first molar teeth,it couldn't indicate the characteristics of craniofacial complex truly.It was essential to identify anteroposterior and vertical craniofacial complex types before the orthodontic therapy.
