S形接骨板与形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中1／3骨折59例疗效分析

目的比较S形接骨板与形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨中1／3骨折的临床疗效。方法2004年9月～2006年10月，笔者手术治疗59例成人锁骨中1／3骨折患者，其中男性38例，女性21例，年龄18～68岁，平均年龄27．8岁。根据临床具体情况随机分为2组，A组31例采用S形接骨板内固定，B组28例采用形状记忆合金环抱器内固定．术后定期随访。根据X线片及肩关节功能恢复情况对比两组手术时间、取出内固定时间、骨折愈合时间及评定疗效。结果A组27例得到随访，B组25例得到随访，骨折愈合后于笔者医院取出内固定置入物，两组手术时间、术后取出内固定时间、骨折愈合时间差异无统计学意义。A组优21例，良5例，可1例；B组优12例，良7例，可5例，差1例；A、B两组优良率分别为9613％和76．0％，A组疗效明显优于B组。结论S形接骨板是治疗锁骨中1／3骨折的有效方法。

Study on clavicle fracture treated with S shape bone plate and shape memory alloy embracing fixator

Objective To compare the clinical results of S shape bone plate and shape memory alloy embracing fixator in the treatment of middle 1/3 clavicle fracture. Methods During 2004 September to 2006 October,59 adult patients were enrolled in this Study （31 patients,group A,were treated by S shape bone plate internal fixation and 28 patients,group B,were treated by shape memory alloy embracing fixator） ,following up the cases regularity,the time of operation,withdrawl of internal fixation, bone healing and the results were evaluated by radioimaging and recovery of joint function. Results Twenty-seven patients in group A and 25 in group B were enrolled in following up,there was no significant difference between 2 groups in the time of operation, withdrawl of internal fixation, bone healing（P 〉 0.05 ）. The therapeutic effect in group A was significant superior to that in group B. The therapeutic effects were evaluated as excellent 21 cases,good 5 ,fair 1 in group A and 12,7,5,1 respectively in group B. Conclusion The S shape bone plate fixation is an effective treatment in the middle 1/3 clavicle fracture.
