摘    要:目的 探讨鼻腔内低强度激光照射治疗(ILILT)对脑梗死患者淋巴细胞增殖、畸变、凋亡和细胞周期动力学指数的影响,以及致突变性.方法 对ILILT前、后的35例脑梗死患者和35例健康成年人外周血进行淋巴细胞培养,并进行细胞增殖指数(MI)、细胞周期动力学指数(CKI)、姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)频率和细胞凋亡的分析,观察ILILT对淋巴细胞的效应.结果 ILILT后,脑梗死患者的淋巴细胞增殖活性比对照组和照射前有所提高,并且随着照射剂量的增加其增殖活性也增高(P<0.05,P<0.001),但对淋巴细胞周期的进程影响不大.各组间的SCE频率差异不显著(P>0.05).ILILT前、后的CKI与对照组相比,差异无显著意义(P>0.05).ILILT后脑梗死患者的细胞凋亡率比照射前和对照组比较均有极显著增加(P<0.001).结论 ILILT能提高脑梗死患者的淋巴细胞增殖活性,虽可诱发较高的淋巴细胞凋亡率,但对细胞没有致突变性.
