| 摘 要： | 制作肝硬化模型以小动物如鼠、兔等为主,用于筛选抗肝硬化药物研究、观察外科手术治疗的效果。肝硬化实验动物模型的建立是肝硬化、肝癌研究的理论基础,应根据不同研究目的选用恰当的动物模型。理想的肝硬化动物模型应具有人类肝硬化的形态特征、高重复性和低病死率。为此,寻找理想的肝硬化动物模型的建立方法,是研究者的努力方向。 |
