| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨卡维地洛治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法:68例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者,随机分为两组,常规抗心衰药物治疗者为对照组,在此基础上加用卡维地洛治疗者为治疗组,卡维地洛用法从小剂量开始,根据血压、心率渐加大剂量,疗程3~6个月,观察治疗前后的临床疗效,左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径及心率的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组为59.4%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后,左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径及心率均改善,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的基础上,加用卡维地洛,可进一步提高疗效,改善心功能,安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and safety on patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods Sixty-eight patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divid- ed into two groups.The Carvedilol group was given routine treatment.The control group was added Carvedilol.The control group was titrated from low dose to target dose based on blood pressure and heart rate.The whole course was from three to six months.Before and after treatment LVEF,LVDD, LVSD and heart rate were observed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the Cavedilol group was 94.4% and the control group was 59.4% (P<0.05).LVEF,LVDD,LVSD and heart rate were improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion Adding Carvedilol based on the routine therapy can improve the effect and the heart function.Carvedilol is a safe and effective drug. |
