脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复的远期疗效观察

目的 探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者早期康复的远期疗效。方法 随访对象为参加前瞻性随机对照研究后出院的２００例脑卒中患者，采用电话和书信的形式进行随访，内容包括存活者的移动能力、活动空间、日常生活活动（ＡＤＬ）能力、生活质量（ＱＯＬ）及继发性损伤。结果对照组随访到５８例，其中１例因“心脏病”去世。康复组随访到６８例，无１例死亡。康复组与对照组比较，患者的移动能力、活动空间、ＡＤＬ、ＱＯＬ及继发性损匀有显著性差

Long term effect of early rehabilitation on stroke hemiplegic patients

Objective To study long term effect of early rehabilitation on acute stroke hemiplegic patients. Methods 200 patients with stroke hemiplegic who were enrolled in prospective randomized control trial, were followed by telephone or letter at 18 months after treatment of rehabilitation. The contents of following up inclouds the ability of mobility,space of activity, activities daily living(ADL),quality of life(QOL),and secondary disability of the patients. Results 58 cases in the control group and 68 cases of the patients in the rehabilitation group were followed up respectively.1 case died of heart disease in the control group.Ability of mobility,space of activity,ADL,QOL,and secondary disability of the rehabilitation group had significant differences with the control group.The recovery of independent walking was 88.2% in the rehabilitation group and 52.6% the in control group.Conclusion Early rehabilitation not only could improve the functional situation of stroke hemiplegia in short stage,but also has some effect for a long time.
