医院消毒供应中心工作人员的职业风险研究

目的:调查笔者所在医院消毒供应中心工作人员职业风险现状,并提出预防措施.方法:采用问卷调查方法调查消毒供应中心工作人员47名.结果:消毒供应中心工作人员意外伤害率最高的是锐器刺伤,发生率91.5%;其次是高温烫伤,发生率34.0%;化学伤害23.4%;职业疲劳14.9%;噪音伤害4.3%;紫外线伤害2.1%.结论:针对消毒供应中心存在的职业风险因素,应加强防范措施,降低对工作人员的职业危害.

The Risk Research of Central Sterile Supply Department Staff

Objective:To investigate the Occupation risk of central sterile supply department staff,and puts forward the preventive measures.Methods:Investigation 47 staff of central sterile supply department by questionnaire.Results:In the central sterile supply department,The cidence rate of sharp instrument injuryi was91.5 % ;the incidence rate of high temperature scald was34.0 %;the incidence rate of chemical injury was 23.4%;the incidence rate of occupation fatigue was 14.9%;the incidence rate of noise damage was4.3 % ;the incidence rate of ultraviolet ray injury was2.1 %.Conclusion:according to the occupation risk factors of central sterile supply department,should strengthen the preventive measures to reduce occupation harm of central sterile supply department staffs.
