| 摘 要： | 64层螺旋CT是现今主要用于冠状动脉检查的无创性方式之一,因其具有良好的时间、空间和密度分辨率,故不仅可显示冠状动脉的病变支数及狭窄程度,还可对冠状动脉粥样斑块的形态和成分作出评价、测定钙化积分,为评估斑块的易损性提供非常有价值的信息,指导冠心病的早期诊断、危险分层及治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Nowadays,64-slice spiral computed tomography is one of the non-invasive cardiac imagings which mainly used for coronary inspection.Because of its high resolution for time,space and density,it not only shows the abnormal lesions and stenosis,but also detects the morphology and composition of coronary plaques as well as determinates the calcium score.This provides useful information to assess the vulnerability of the coronary plaques,and can be used for making guidance for early clinical diagnosis,risk strati... |
