| 摘 要： | 目的:观察MEBO对陈旧性热水袋小面积深度烫伤的治疗效果。方法:全程应用MEBO减压包扎并结合手术刀“#”切口法治疗。结果:本组52例患者创面全部愈合,愈合时间为4周-8周,外观平整,无增生或萎缩性瘢痕。结论:MEBO治疗热水袋小面积深度烫伤创面疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO in treating old scald wounds caused by hot water bag. Method: The wounds were treated in the whole course with MEBO bandaging method, in association with decompression incision. Result: All the patients were cured. The wounds healed in 4 to 8 weeks with smooth appearance and without hy-perplastic or atrophic scar. Conclusion: MEBO is very efficacious in treating deep scald wounds caused by hot water bag. |
