| 摘 要： | 新疆养牛业的特征和优势十分明显,在育种结构中,牛的比重仅次于养羊业,位于全疆第二位.新疆奶牛业起步较早,饲养奶牛是牧民的传统产业.新疆的奶牛业一直与全国奶牛业保持同步发展,根据不同的生产条件形成了不同的奶牛养殖优势区域.新疆牛肉生产历史远比内地省份早得多,主要以牧区放牧为主,近几年随着肉牛业迅速发展,根据不同的生产条件也出现了多种生产模式.
