用血必净注射液治疗中、重度烧伤患者48例的疗效观察

目的：评价用血必净注射液治疗中、重度烧伤患者的安全性和有效性。方法：将48例中、重度烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组（每组24例）；2组均给予常规治疗，而治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用血必净注射液；分析2组患者的体温、心率、血白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞计数、肝功能指标（AST，ALT）和肾功能指标（BUN，Cr）值的变化，以及抗菌药物的使用情况。结果：与对照组相比，治疗组能显著降低其体温、心率、血白细胞计数和中性粒细胞计数指标值，2组经统计学分析，其差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；肝、肾功能的有关指标值经统计学分析，其差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：血必净注射液用于治疗中、重度烧伤的疗效确切，且ADR少，临床值得推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Xuebijing Injection in Treatment of 48 Patients with Moderate or Severe Burns

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of moderate or severe bums using Xuebijing injection. Methods： Forty-eight patients with moderate or servere bums were randomly divided into treatment group （24 cases） and control group （24 cases）. The treatment group was treated with routine treatment plus Xuehijing injection, while the control groups was treated with routine treatment. Analysis of patient＇s body temperature, heart rate, white blood cell count, neutrophil percentage, liver function （AST, ALT）, kidney （BUN, Cr）, and the use of antimicrobial agents in two groups. Results： Compared with control group, the treatment group can significantly reduce the body temperature, heart rate, WBC and neutrophil percentage parameter values. Through the statistical tests, the difference has statistical signifi- cance. The function of their liver and kidneys HAD no significant difference between the treatment group and control group. Conclusion： The Xuebijing injection for treatment moderate or severe bums has definite effect, less ADRs and worthy of being widely applied in clinical practice.
