异丙酚复合芬太尼或瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉对比研究

摘    要:目的对比分析使用异丙酚复合或瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉与静吸复合麻醉患者诱导期各项生命体征以及术后苏醒期质量的差异性。方法选取2012-01/2013-12期间于曲靖市第一人民医院进行手术治疗的400例患者作为研究对象,根据患者自愿将其分为A、B、C三组,其中A组130例,采用异丙酚复合芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉;B组135例,采用异丙酚复合瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉;C组135例采用静吸复合麻醉。对比三组患者麻醉诱导期各项生命体征以及术后苏醒期质量。结果三种麻醉诱导期患者各项生命体征对比无显著差异(P〉0.05),患者术后苏醒期质量对比,A组质量最高,A、B两组对比P〉0.05;A、B两组对比C组P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论异丙酚复合芬太尼或瑞芬太尼靶控静脉麻醉临床效果显著,值得推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To compare the induction vital signs and recovery quality in patients treated with propofol combined with fentanyl / remifentanil target-controlled infusion and intravenous inhalational anesthesia. Methods Altogether 400 cases of patients for operation in The First People's Hospital of Qujing from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into A,B and C three groups on a voluntary basis,including 130 cases in Group A using propofol and fentanyl target-controlled intravenous anesthesia,135 cases in Group B using propofol and remifentanil target-controlled intravenous anesthesia and 135 cases in Group C using intravenous inhalational anesthesia. Vital signs in induction period of anesthesia and postoperative recovery quality were comparatively analyzed. Results The induction vital signs of anesthesia was of no significant difference( P〉0. 05). In terms of quality of postoperative recovery period,group A showed the highest quality. The quality between A and B was no of statistical difference( P〉0. 05),while Group A and Group B were both better than that of Group C( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Target-controlled infusion of propofol combined with fentanyl / remifentanil intravenous anesthesia are of clinical significance and thus worthy of promotion.
